On November 13, 2025, Cyber Majlis hosted a Q4 Meeting at the ICD Offices, One Za’abeel, bringing together leaders and experts from across the cybersecurity landscape. The event provided a platform for sharing forward-looking insights, discussing challenges, and reinforcing collaboration across the ICD network and beyond.

Highlights

The meeting featured the online participation of the UAE Cyber Security Council, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti setting the tone for the session. His remarks were followed by a welcome address from Mr. Douraid Zaghouani, Chief Operating Officer of ICD, who emphasized the human dimension of cybersecurity and the importance of collaboration across the ICD community. Faisal Khan from Dubai World Trade Centre then shared practical insights from DWTC’s cybersecurity framework, followed by Ahmed Al Zarouni’s presentation of the “Cyber Survey 2025” results—highlighting collaboration and innovation in advancing the nation’s cyber readiness.
